            Nearly 280 classic cars filled downtown Arbuckle for the annual show hosted by the Arbuckle Revitalization Committee. Despite gray skies, crowds enjoyed food, vendors, and live music by Industrial Drive. Proceeds support local beautification and preservation projects.
Supervisors approved leasing library office space to Tri-County Community Action Partnership for $2,000 monthly, helping offset costs while supporting family assistance and stability programs.
Costumed dogs and owners gathered at Veterans Memorial Park for Colusa’s seventh Puptoberfest. Lucy the pack mule won the Harvey Boes Award. The event featured contests, raffles, and food, raising funds for Friends of Colusa County Animal Shelter.
            The Stagehands’ third annual Scarecrow Contest drew 21 entries across downtown Colusa. “Jack Skellington” from the Courthouse took first, followed by “Ghoul-met Grill” and “The Work Crew.” Organizers praised community creativity and participation.
